We’re moving to a new patient portal

Optum is excited to tell you about a new and improved system coming soon. This system will let you handle your care electronically using the MyChart patient portal. This helps create seamless communication between patients, clinicians and staff. With MyChart, you'll be able to use many of the same features you're used to and more. You will be able to:

  •  • Message your care team
  •  • Schedule appointments
  •  • View lab results and medical records
  •  • Manage referrals, prescriptions, and more
  • This change means that later this month , you'll no longer be able to use your current portal account. To keep getting the benefits of using the portal, you'll have to sign up for MyChart. Watch out for more communications that tell you how to sign up. To learn more, visit optum.com/MovingToMyChart.
