Simply use MyChart during virtual office hours — weekdays from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. and weekends from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. You may need to wait in a short virtual line to see the next available doctor. You can join using your mobile device or computer. And for the best results, we suggest using Google Chrome.

Most private insurance providers* and Medicare cover these visits at little-to-no cost with standard copays and deductibles. If you have any questions about your coverage, please contact your health care insurance provider. If your insurance does not cover this service or if you do not have health insurance, you may be responsible for the full applicable fee.
