Get care 7 days a week without an appointment

With Optum, on-demand virtual care is an easy and convenient way to connect with a doctor right away. It’s perfect for colds, allergies, rashes, pink eye, many women’s health needs, and more. You'll be connected with Oregon Medical Group and The Davies Clinic doctors right here in the Pacific Northwest. See the complete list.

If your condition needs more attention, we’ll refer you to a nearby clinician for an on-demand visit or an in-person appointment at your nearest clinic.

Choose on-demand video visits when you need care right away

If you need to see a doctor, on-demand video visits are great for a cough, sinus pain, minor injuries, mental health, and more. See the complete list. It’s like online urgent care for common, non-life-threatening concerns. We accept insurance or you can get care for a fee.

Simply use MyChart during virtual office hours — weekdays from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. and weekends from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. You may need to wait in a short virtual line to see the next available doctor. You can join using your mobile device or computer. And for the best results, we suggest using Google Chrome.

In case of a life-threatening emergency, please call 911.

Use Anytime E-visits when you’re short on time

Get advice without a trip to the doctor’s office. Think of anytime e-visits as a safe email sent through MyChart for help with everyday things like colds, allergies, rashes, or urinary problems. See the complete list.

Simply answer a few questions and a local doctor will get back to you within 24 hours with a care plan. Most private insurance providers* and Medicare cover these visits at little-to-no cost with standard copays and deductibles. If you have any questions about your coverage, please contact your health care insurance provider. If your insurance does not cover this service or if you do not have health insurance, you may be responsible for the full applicable fee.

In case of a life-threatening emergency, please call 911.
